Delivery
DISPATCH TIME
All orders are made-to-order and once they are carefully packed, they are dispatched within 1–3 working days. During peak seasons (holidays, sales, etc.), processing may take slightly longer - we appreciate your patience.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — once an order is processed, we may not be able to change it.
SHIPPING SERVICE
Every order is sent with Royal Mail tracked delivery for peace of mind. We currently offer two postage options:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard) - Delivery within 2-3 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express) - Delivery within 1-2 working days
Postage costs are estimated at checkout.
Please allow a little extra time during busy periods. We are not liable to any courier delays once the item has been dispatched.
DELIVERY AREA
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. If not, you may be responsible for any loss in value.
- Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We’ll issue a refund (excluding the original delivery cost) once the item is returned.
- Custom or personalised orders: These are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Sale items or purchases with discount codes may not be eligible for return.
To request a refund, please email us at hello@sissiinteriors.co.uk with the following:
Contact us with order number and reason for return. We’ll contact you with the return address and instructions. Please ship the item back using a trackable method (or retain a proof of postage receipt). After inspection, we’ll confirm refund / exchange.
